Medium Not Youth Size
I should have read reviews before ordering the Medium for an 8-year-old who wears size 4. I have them on right now and they fit my adult feet perfectly. I wear a US size 8 in women’s shoes. Too big for the intended child to wear! Otherwise, they seem to be a decent pair of socks.

Sizing is OFF, BEWARE
I ordered these for my 10 year old son that wears a size 5 shoe. The reviews had me questioning what size to order, so I ordered both S and M……the mediums are HUGE! Could fit my husband’s size 13 feet! Hoping this helps others decide what size they need!

LOVE these socks for our 6 year old girl
Our daughter plays softball 3-4 times a week and these socks are amazing. A lot of the socks she’s had are either too tight, too hot, too thin, etc. These have nice padding on the feet, she doesn’t complain about them being too hot or too tight. They’re easy to put on and the fabric is really soft as well. We love them! She wears a size 1 shoe for reference.

Watching my kid put these on, reminds me of compression socks.
Good value, but….. I had to teach my kid how to put these suckers on! Fyi~ I recommend Mom for this instructional demonstration. You got to put them on like pantyhose. Other than that, they do their job.

Sizing
Socks are fine. But huge difference between medium and large. I ordered both because I could not tell by the sizing or reviews. My 12 year old grandson wears size 7-7.5 in shoes/cleats and the medium is the one that fit. The large looks like a men’s sock that might wear a size 13-14 shoe.

Sizing is off
These don’t appear to be youth socks. My son put them on for a game and the heels were halfway up his leg. He’s 11 so he’s in men’s shoe sizes so I’m confused.

Navy blue is NOT black.
Unlike many other comments the navy socks are in fact navy blue and not black. We ordered both and you can see the difference in the photo.

Do not order navy!
Wish I’d read the other reviews that noted the navy blue is actually black. While some reviews say it’s just a really really dark navy that does not help when you need a specific uniform color. Bought these as a backup and held up to the league issued navy, not even close to a match; they are absolutely black, not navy.

Thin and not worth the price for one pair.
I think the quality is poor for the price, especially considering it’s only one pair. I’ve bought a better cheaper product in a multipack from our box store that is higher quality than these. They should hold up for one season being worn several hours a week but I won’t buy them again. I’m tempted to return but don’t know that it’s worth the hassle.

Inconsistent product
I ordered two pairs of socks in small for my son to use for soccer. Both pairs came in two different packaging, but otherwise the socks appeared identical. However, after washing the socks one pair shrank considerably. I would have given the pair that didn’t shrink 5 stars, but the pair that did shrink is now too small to fit my son and useless for the purpose it was intended for. So considering the inconsistency of the product, I would not order again and risk receiving the version that shrinks.

A little short…
Bought these for my 10 yr. old son. I bought both the medium and large to figure out what he needed for his All-stars team. He ended up being in between sizes, so the medium fit his feet the best, but they went to his knee, not over. The large was way large for his feet (he wears size 5 youth). Not sure if this is a deal breaker for others, but thought it’d be helpful for others to know.

Ginormous
These socks are ridiculously huge. The Youth Large says sizes 6-10 (do kids shoes even go up to 10??). I am partly at fault bc my daughter is a women’s size 7-7.5 which is kids 5-5.5, so I probably should have started with the Medium size. But seriously, she is _almost_ a kids 6 and the heel of this sock goes up the back of her leg. I measured heel to toe, unstretched, at 11 inches. Giving 2 stars because price was great (less than $4 when I purchased) and quality in general seems good enough.

Socks are perfect color, good quality and not too thick and not too thin. I found they did run on the bigger side. But this can be useful if you will continue to use as the child grows. 7 year old boy with a cleat size of 2.5

WRONG SIZE DELIVERED
After reading reviews and looking at the sizing chart, I ordered a size Medium for my (almost) 7 year old son. I ordered them the beginning of this week, knowing they would come in time for his first baseball game tonight. Franklin Sports dropped the ball BIG time! I was sent a size LARGE, they are literally the size of my sons entire leg and the foot part is even too big to fit me. Such a disappointment! Get what you pay for, I guess. Will not be buying from them again.

High shrinkage rate!
Great socks…they just shrink to an unusable size for what size I ordered! So if you get them allow for at minimum a size up. If I had to do it over, if I had known, I’d order two sizes up. So, value for money I’ve got one unwashed pair and the other goes to Goodwill. Would have at least been nice to have had proper washing instructions. Put the one pair in a medium set dryer.

Great Product, Durable
These are great for my kids, age 6 & 8. I ordered a medium first for my 6 year old, and they were too big. No worries, I needed another pair of the same color for my 8 year old. So I ordered a small and they fit great for my 6 year old son, who wears a size 2 1/2 shoe. They are soft, well made, durable. I will be purchasing this brand, from this supplier for future baseball/softball seasons to come.
